Meet the Founder

Halit

Halit Lichtenson founded MyWay in 2007 as a “startup coaching house” with the goal of helping entrepreneurs increase the success of their startup ventures. Halit’s extensive experience in both high-tech investments and personal coaching made launching MyWay a natural choice for her. Since founding MyWay, her approach has already proved itself with a number of entrepreneur clients (read what they say about Halit here).

Prior to launching MyWay, Halit spent four years with Catalyst Venture Capital Fund, a late-stage Israeli VC with $80M under management. Before joining Catalyst Fund, Halit served as the Marketing and Business Development Manager of Talent Solutions, a security surveillance solutions provider. Previously, she served as an analyst for 4HighTech Investment House and as a business consultant for several Israeli start-ups.
