Halit Lichtenson founded MyWay in 2007 as a “startup coaching house” with the goal of helping entrepreneurs increase the success of their startup ventures. Halit’s extensive experience in both high-tech investments and personal coaching made launching MyWay a natural choice for her. Since founding MyWay, her approach has already proved itself with a number of entrepreneur clients (read what they say about Halit here).
Prior to launching MyWay, Halit spent four years with Catalyst Venture Capital Fund, a late-stage Israeli VC with $80M under management. Before joining Catalyst Fund, Halit served as the Marketing and Business Development Manager of Talent Solutions, a security surveillance solutions provider. Previously, she served as an analyst for 4HighTech Investment House and as a business consultant for several Israeli start-ups.

Halit holds a B.A. in Management and Psychology from Tel Aviv University and an MBA Cum Laude from Ecole Superieure de Gestion in Paris. She is also a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), a US-based global coaching school accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Halit served in the Israeli Air Force Attack Helicopter Squadron, she is a professional flamenco dancer and publishes Entrepreneurship columns in TheMarker and Globes, two of Israel’s leading business dailies.
